Description
keyboard_arrow_downThis multi-head wood ceiling light carries three or four cylindrical heads in real travertine on a solid wood mounting plate. It fixes to the ceiling as to the wall and comes in two lengths, 75 cm and 80 cm. A fitting of character, between warm wood, textured stone and gold accents, for contemporary interiors.
The great interest of this multi-head wood ceiling light lies in its heads, articulated by precision-metal ball joints in a gold finish, which let you aim the light where you need it. Instead of a single fixed beam, you compose a multidirectional light: one head towards a picture, another towards a reading corner, a third towards the way through. The multi-head wood ceiling light comes in two versions, three heads at 75 cm long and four heads at 80 cm, the height staying at 25 cm in both cases. Under a ceiling of 2.40 m, that 25 cm drop leaves a clear height of about 2.15 m, enough for a hallway or a dining room but worth checking in a low-ceilinged room. This length of the multi-head wood ceiling light suits walls and ceilings with room to spare, such as an open kitchen, a dining room or a sitting room. Fixed to the ceiling or the wall, the fitting keeps the same logic, the electrical wiring being built in for both. The solid wood mounting plate, in a walnut finish or natural wood, is a warm base for the whole and answers the textured, pale travertine of the shades. The gold accents of the joints link the two materials of the multi-head wood ceiling light and add a measured touch of shine. A fitting like this reads as a small wall sculpture as much as a light, and changes the look of a bare wall.
This multi-head wood ceiling light takes three sockets in the three-head version and four sockets in the four-head version, all to the E27 Edison screw (ES) standard, listed as E26/E27. The recommended power is up to 40W per head, in incandescent bulbs or LED equivalent, which leaves you the choice of mood. A compatible dimmer, not supplied with the fitting, lets you adjust the light. The cylindrical shades are in real travertine, with a textured, pale surface that gives the multi-head wood ceiling light a visible relief on close inspection. The accents and joints in precision metal, in a gold finish, link the mounting plate to the heads. The fitting is rated for wet zones, which suits bathrooms and covered outdoor spaces as well as ordinary living rooms. It is stated to conform to North American, Australian, European and Middle East standards. The structure comes down to four easily identified elements: solid wood, travertine, gold metal and E26/E27 sockets, which makes the multi-head wood ceiling light simple to understand before buying. The solid wood plate gives a choice between a deeper tone and a lighter one to suit your joinery. For your electrician: three or four sockets, 40W per head at most, a 25 cm drop, and wiring built in for ceiling or wall. Both models share the same materials and accents; only the number of heads and the length change.
To get the best from this multi-head wood ceiling light, first decide the number of heads by the size of the room: three heads on 75 cm for a dining corner or hallway, four heads on 80 cm for a wider wall. Then aim each joint with care: direct one head at the ceiling for indirect light, another at the wall to bring out a material, and a last one at the floor to guide the way. Each socket of the multi-head wood ceiling light takes up to 40W: choose incandescent or LED-equivalent bulbs, in a warm tone if you want to show off the travertine and wood. A dimmer, bought separately, brings the flexibility of a dim light for dinner or a stronger one for cooking. In a bathroom, thanks to the wet-zone rating, the multi-head wood ceiling light can be fitted to the wall either side of a mirror. On a covered outdoor space, such as a sheltered entrance, the same rating applies, provided it stays under cover. In a sitting room, the length of 75 or 80 cm lets this multi-head wood ceiling light cover a sofa and a wall of pictures together, without several fittings. Place it at the centre of a clear wall so that its heads radiate symmetrically. Wipe the wood and the travertine with a dry cloth, after switching off at the mains. Have it fitted by a qualified electrician.
This multi-head wood ceiling light joins a solid wood base, real travertine shades and gold joints to aim the light as you wish. In three-head or four-head versions, it dresses a wall or ceiling with real presence. Choose the length that suits your room and let the wood and stone do the rest.

A hallway, a bedhead or a table each call for a different light. Our collections are organised by use.
The market is full of painted resin that imitates marble. Our travertines and alabasters are cut from stone: no two pieces are identical.
Exact dimensions, material, bulb cap type, what is included: everything is on the product page. You know what you are installing.
