Who is responsible: for the personal data collected when you create an account and browse the Site, the controller is Deghmani Camil, trading as Alborra. As controller of the data we collect, we undertake to work within the law and, each time we process personal data, to take every reasonable step to make sure it is accurate and relevant to the purposes we process it for.
What we use data for. We may process all or part of the following:
to let you browse the Site and to manage and trace the orders you place: connection and usage data, billing, order history and similar;
to prevent and fight computer fraud such as spamming and hacking: the equipment used to browse, the IP address and the password (hashed);

We do not sell your personal data. It is used only where it is needed, or for statistics and analysis.
Your rights. Under UK data protection law you have the right to be informed about how your data is used, the right of access to it, the right to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, the right to have it erased, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, the right to restrict how it is processed, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability where the processing is automated and based on your consent or on a contract.
To ask how we use your personal data, to have it corrected, or to object to its processing, write to us at contact@alborra.com or by post to Camil Deghmani, 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France. Please tell us which data you would like corrected, updated or deleted. We may ask you for enough information to satisfy ourselves of your identity before we act on the request.
Requests to delete personal data are subject to the obligations the law places on us, in particular on keeping and archiving records. If you are not happy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
Keeping data confidential. We will not process, host or transfer the information we collect about our customers to a country outside the United Kingdom without an appropriate safeguard in place. We remain free to choose our technical and commercial processors, provided they offer sufficient guarantees under UK data protection law.
We undertake to take every necessary precaution to keep your information secure, and in particular to keep it from being disclosed to anyone who is not authorised to see it. We do not collect special category data. Your personal data may be processed by our processors, that is to say our service providers, solely in order to carry out the purposes set out above. Within the limits of their duties, the people likely to have access to user data are mainly the staff of our customer service.
Whatever effort is made, no method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. If we became aware of a security breach, we would tell the users concerned so that they could take appropriate steps. Our incident procedures take account of the obligations placed on us by UK data protection law, including reporting a personal data breach to the Information Commissioner's Office where the law requires it. We undertake to keep our customers fully informed on anything affecting the security of their account.
No personal information belonging to a user of https://alborra.com is published without their knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold in any form to a third party. Only in the event that the business and its rights were bought would that information pass to the buyer, who would in turn be bound by the same obligations towards you.
Security. To keep personal data secure and confidential, https://alborra.com uses networks protected by standard measures such as a firewall, pseudonymisation, encryption and passwords. When processing personal data we take every reasonable step to protect it against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
https://alborra.com contains a number of links to other websites, put in place with our permission. We are not in a position to check the content of the sites you reach that way, and we accept no responsibility for it.
Cookies. A cookie is a small information file sent to your browser and saved on your device, such as a computer or a phone. It holds information such as your domain name, your internet service provider, your operating system and the date and time of access. Cookies cannot damage your device.
We may process information about your visit, such as the pages you looked at and the searches you ran, which helps us improve the content of the Site and the way you move around it.
Because cookies make browsing and the delivery of the Site's services easier, you can set your browser to decide whether to accept them, so that cookies are either saved on your device or refused, whether in every case or depending on who sets them. You can also set your browser so that you are asked each time, before a cookie is saved. In that case, some features of your browser may not all be available.
If you refuse cookies or delete those already saved, your browsing and your experience on the Site may be limited. The same may happen where we or one of our providers cannot recognise, for technical compatibility, the type of browser your device is using, its language and display settings, or the country it appears to be connecting from. In that case we accept no responsibility for the consequences of the Site working less well because cookies were refused, or because we were unable to save or read the cookies the Site needs in order to work.
You can change what you have decided about cookies at any time. We may also use outside providers to help us collect and process the information described in this section.
Lastly, if you click a social media icon on the Site and you have agreed to cookies being set, the social media platform concerned may also set cookies on your devices, whether a computer, a tablet or a phone. Those cookies are set only if you agree to them, and you can withdraw that agreement at any time.
Web tags. We may occasionally use web tags, also known as action tags, single-pixel GIFs, clear GIFs or invisible GIFs, deployed through a web analytics partner that may be located, and may therefore store the corresponding information including your IP address, in another country. These tags are placed both in the online advertising that brings visitors to the Site and on its various pages.
This lets us measure how visitors respond to the Site and how effective our work is, for example the number of times a page is opened and the information looked at, as well as how the Site is used. The outside provider may collect information about visitors to the Site and to other websites through these tags, draw up reports on the Site's activity for us, and provide other services relating to the use of the Site and of the internet.
Any dispute relating to the use of https://alborra.com is governed by English law. You may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live, and nothing here affects that right.
