Description
keyboard_arrow_downThis travertine wall light lines up two or three globes for a wall light that is mineral and warm at once. Its body and mount bring real travertine, glass and wood together in a sober composition. It comes in three finishes, a natural sand tone, white or walnut, to agree with a contemporary scheme.
The two-globe model measures 35 cm wide by 15 cm high, the three-globe model 53.5 cm wide at the same height. This travertine wall light therefore goes up as a horizontal band above a headboard, a mirror, a basin or a console. The globes spread the light across the full width, which avoids a single harsh point and makes an even wash. The real travertine brings its natural texture and its shifts of tone, the glass lets the light move, and the wood sets a warm base. In a bedroom, a travertine wall light of this sort gives a pleasant reading light without crowding the bedside table. In an entrance it underlines a mirror or a welcoming wall, while in a hallway it makes a lit marker. The 15 cm height is what makes either size workable under a 2.4 m ceiling: the silhouette stays low on the wall and nothing has to be measured as a drop. A travertine wall light of this width becomes a genuine decorative element, even unlit. The three finishes let you choose between a natural sand tone, a brighter white or a walnut close to dark timbers. Every interior can therefore take a travertine wall light in keeping with its joinery, its textiles and its wall colours. The choice between two and three globes follows the width of wall available and the quantity of light wanted.
This travertine wall light runs from a G9 capsule cap, which takes an LED or incandescent bulb of 10 W maximum. It is dimmer compatible, the dimmer not included, to move from a reading light to a low glow, and that is worth settling with your electrician before the circuit is run. The wiring is integrated, which keeps the mount clean. Materials first: this travertine wall light brings real travertine, glass and wood together with no compromise on substance. It also carries a damp rating, with an IP compatibility stated for bathrooms, which widens where it can go. Its compliance covers North America, Australia, Europe and the Middle East. Choosing a travertine wall light with globes also means choosing a stone whose every vein stays visible in the light. Both sizes keep the same 15 cm height, so the silhouette stays low and discreet on the wall, and a three-globe fitting at 53.5 cm wide wants its centre line agreed before the back box goes in. The glass of the globes softens the source and gives the light a rounded quality, in keeping with the softness of the travertine. This travertine wall light stakes everything on material rather than ornament, which makes it easy to place in a contemporary room. The finish is chosen against the rest of the materials in the room, and the plain drawing leaves all the room to the stone.
To place a multi-globe travertine wall light well, centre it on whatever it accompanies, a bed, a mirror or a low cabinet. The two-globe model suits walls of middling width, while the three-globe model fills a long surface better. Leave a little space around it, since the stone and the glass deserve to be seen unobstructed. A travertine wall light in the white finish brightens a small space, the sand tone extends a natural palette and the walnut warms a pale scheme. On bulbs, favour a warm white G9 LED and keep the output under the 10 W limit, which respects the design of the fitting. In a bathroom, this travertine wall light can frame a mirror thanks to its damp rating, which saves running a separate fitting for the shower room. Pair a dimmer with dimmable bulbs to set the level by the hour, from a soft evening to a brisker morning. Equipped that way, the travertine wall light stays a natural anchor for any room looking for material. Its presence is quiet by day and becomes luminous as evening falls, without ever dominating the rest of the scheme. Remember as well that the stone is cut from a natural block, so a two-globe fitting and a three-globe fitting bought separately will not carry identical markings; if you want them to read as a set, order them together.
With its glass globes, its real travertine and its wood, this travertine wall light brings a soft light and a genuine mineral presence to a wall. Choose the two or three-globe version, then the finish that agrees with your interior, at Alborra.

Light decides whether a room makes you want to stay. Each light is chosen for its material and for what it does with it.
A hallway, a bedhead or a table each call for a different light. Our collections are organised by use.
The market is full of painted resin that imitates marble. Our travertines and alabasters are cut from stone: no two pieces are identical.
Exact dimensions, material, bulb cap type, what is included: everything is on the product page. You know what you are installing.
