Description
keyboard_arrow_downThis emerald glass table lamp sets a gold-brass finish metal structure against a shade of emerald green glass, for a deep and refined contrast. At 38 cm tall, it sits easily on a desk, a console or a side table. Alborra selects it for its revisited retro look and its elegant presence.
Emerald green is a colour with character, and this emerald glass table lamp presents it with restraint. The glass shade, 19 cm deep and 26.5 cm long, offers a generous surface on which the light takes a deep tint, somewhere between bottle glass and foliage. Switched on, this emerald glass table lamp throws a coloured glow that changes how the surrounding space is seen; switched off, the emerald glass table lamp remains a decorative object in its own right, whose colour brightens a shelf or a chest of drawers by sight alone. That bold use of colour appeals to those who want a strong accent without multiplying objects. The structure in metal with a gold brass finish answers the green with a warm shine: the pairing recalls the library lamps of classic interiors, but the clean drawing ties it firmly to a contemporary scheme. This contrast of materials, warm metal and deep glass, is what makes the emerald glass table lamp recognisable at a glance. On a desk, an emerald glass table lamp of this kind makes a working corner more personal than a simple supplementary light. On a hall table, it welcomes visitors with a muted glow. In a lounge, it talks to the tones of dark wood, leather or velvet, which strengthen the depth of the colour. With a base 18 cm in diameter, this emerald glass table lamp takes up little space and leaves the rest of the tray or top free.
The retro pull-chain switch is the detail that gives this emerald glass table lamp its character. A gentle tug on the chain turns it on or off, a simple and pleasing gesture that recalls the lights of an earlier time. On the technical side, the bulb cap takes an E27 Edison screw (ES) bulb, and we recommend an LED for steady, economical light. The standard format of this cap leaves you free to choose the shape and strength of the bulb for your emerald glass table lamp: a very warm white for a hushed lounge, a clearer white for a desk. The lamp runs on 110 V to 220 V, a standard range that makes it easy to connect. The dimensions are worth setting out: 38 cm in overall height, a round base 18 cm in diameter, and a shade 26.5 cm long and 19 cm deep. These proportions give the emerald glass table lamp a pleasing balance, with a generous head on a plain stem. The gold brass finish brings a warm tone to the whole, and the metallic surface contrasts with the coloured transparency of the glass. Simple care, with a soft dry cloth, is enough to keep the surface bright. This emerald glass table lamp is finally for those who like objects in which each detail tells something.
To show this emerald glass table lamp at its best, choose a position that lets the shade breathe. A hall console set against a pale wall shows off this emerald glass table lamp, bringing out the colour of the glass and makes the lamp the first thing the eye lands on. On a desk, the emerald glass table lamp gives a warm supplementary light that softens the contrast with the screen. In a bedroom, it finds its place on a chest of drawers or a bedside table wide enough for its 18 cm base. If you like to compose a group, pair it with a pile of books, a ceramic vase or a wooden bowl: emerald green goes especially well with natural materials such as wood, linen or stone. Compared with a white or clear lamp, a coloured emerald glass table lamp takes more of the stage, so it suits restrained rooms that need a point of colour. For a library atmosphere, place it near a leather armchair or a writing desk. Just keep it within reach so that you can enjoy the chain without fuss. One emerald glass table lamp is enough to transform a corner; as a pair, it makes an elegant symmetry on either side of a mirror or a sofa.
Emerald glass, gold brass finish and a pull-chain switch: this emerald glass table lamp brings together a taste for detail and the warmth of ambient light. At Alborra it carries on the spirit of fine materials and carefully made objects. Choose it to give your interior an accent of colour that does not go unnoticed.

Light decides whether a room makes you want to stay. Each light is chosen for its material and for what it does with it.
A hallway, a bedhead or a table each call for a different light. Our collections are organised by use.
The market is full of painted resin that imitates marble. Our travertines and alabasters are cut from stone: no two pieces are identical.
Exact dimensions, material, bulb cap type, what is included: everything is on the product page. You know what you are installing.
